Todopile
Todopile doesn't collect or transmit any personal data. There's no account, no analytics, and no advertising in the app. Your tasks, categories, and settings are stored only on your own device, using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework, and are never sent anywhere.
The tasks you add (their titles, sizes, categories, whether they're to do, done, or won't do, and when you added or finished them), the categories you create (names and colors), and your settings (theme, view, shelf sort order, and pomodoro length). This is stored locally on your device only, for the sole purpose of showing you your own to-do list.
Nothing. The app makes no network requests at all, and does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or any third-party SDK. It works fully offline.
Like other app data, Todopile's data is included in your device's own backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you have those turned on. Those backups are handled by Apple under your account; the developer has no access to them.
If you allow notifications, the pomodoro timer schedules a notification on your device for when time's up. It's created and delivered entirely on your device; no server is involved. If you picked a task for the pomodoro, its title appears in the notification, so it may be visible on your lock screen.
Tap the ··· menu and choose Erase all data to delete every task and category and reset all settings. You can also delete a single task from its edit screen, or delete the app, which removes all of its data from your device. Since nothing is stored anywhere else, deletion is immediate and complete (apart from any device backups you've made yourself).
Since the app collects no personal data from anyone, including children, there is nothing to disclose or protect beyond what's already described above.
If this policy ever changes (for example, if a future version of the app adds syncing between devices), this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date below will change accordingly.
