Your to-do list as a pile of books

How do I move a book?

Touch and hold a book for a moment until it lifts, then drag it: onto the shelf to mark it done, into the won't do heap to toss it, or onto another spot in the pile to reorder it. You can also tap any book to edit it and move it from there.

What do "sweep" and "archive" do?

Sweep (on the won't-do heap) and archive (on the done shelf) clear those areas in one go. Nothing is deleted: swept and archived books are kept, and you can undo for a few seconds afterwards.

How do I get a swept or archived book back?

Tap the list button in the top left to switch to the list view, open the done · archived or won't do · swept group, and drag the task to wherever you want it.

I'm not getting the pomodoro notification

Check that notifications are allowed in the iPhone Settings app under Notifications → Todopile. The notification sound follows your ring/silent switch, so in silent mode you'll only feel a vibration.

Does Todopile sync between devices?

Not at the moment. Your tasks live only on the device you entered them on.

How do I erase everything?

Tap the ··· menu and choose Erase all data. This deletes every task and category and resets all settings. It can't be undone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Todopile doesn't have accounts and doesn't collect or transmit any data; it doesn't use the network at all. See the privacy policy for details.
